Light Brunch

A couple weeks ago I had such a delicious little home-made brunch (also known as a mid-morning snack) that I had to share. Healthy, savory, and not too offensive on the calories either!

It was nothing too fancy, just something to fill me up, while also spoiling my taste-buds at the same time. I give you: the breakfast sandwich:

Ingredients:
1 Slice Turkey Bacon
3 Egg Whites
Pepper
3 Slices Tomato
1 Slice Whole Wheat English Muffin (Toasted)

Pile high and eat slow! Pair with some veggies to add an extra fresh crunch. Enjoy <3
